According to the report, men accounted for 70% of the majority of electric bike buyers and 29% of female(the rest did not specify gender). Here are some reasons why people purchase electric assist bike. For example, it is easier to ride in a hilly area. They can ride a longer distance than a bicycle. Riding can overcome obstacles. Even some customers are just for entertainment purposes.

Twenty-eight percent of the respondents said that they specifically purchased electric bicycles to replace car trips. Others point out that it is more desirable to adopt a car-free lifestyle, such as using electric bicycles to carry goods or children, avoiding parking difficulties and traffi jams. Riding electric bicycles is more effective.

Electric bicycles are not only about practicality. About a quarter of people said that they wanted to work out on electric bikes.
